Wow, we are still buzzing from the Semester 2 Student Concert which happened yesterday!

We returned to the beautiful and peaceful chapel at Sacred Heart College in Sorrento. As families gathered, we could feel the atmosphere fill up with anticipation … and maybe a slightly nervous energy!

About 28 students performed. Some of these students were seasoned performers, having played at student concerts for many years. However, there were many students for whom this was their first time performing. The best part was seeing every performer get through their piece from beginning to end without requiring any support from their tutor. What a fantastic achievement!

The concert was followed by a brief presentation by Eliza (Director), and then families were invited to stay for afternoon tea.

It was a great afternoon and an awesome way of celebrating the hard work of all students!
