Our story
Welcome to Music Makers Academy – where music is more than just a subject; it's a path to confidence, growth, and joy.
Located in Joondalup, we offer specialised music lessons in harp, piano, guitar, violin, and flute/piccolo for children, teens, and adults. But what truly sets us apart is what your family will gain from the experience.
When you join Music Makers Academy, you’re not just signing up for music lessons – you're investing in values that shape resilient, passionate, and capable individuals.
Here’s what our students receive every time they walk through our doors:
Commitment
We’re committed to your child’s progress and help them build the same habit of showing up, even when it's hard. Because progress follows consistency.
Excellence
Through high expectations and guided practice, students experience the pride of performing at their best. They learn that excellence isn't about being perfect—it's about always improving.
Professionalism
Our programs are thoughtfully designed and professionally delivered. We communicate clearly, prepare thoroughly, and care deeply about each student’s journey.
Joy
Whether it's nailing a new piece, playing in a concert, or simply discovering a new sound, students experience the deep joy that comes from dedication and discovery.
Hi, I’m Eliza – Director and Founder of Music Makers Academy
As a lifelong musician, I’ve come to realise that music offers far more than just technical skills. The lessons I learned through music—persistence, patience, and the pursuit of excellence—shaped who I am today. And now, that’s what we offer our students every week.
The pursuit of excellence isn’t always easy. It takes time, grit, and a willingness to keep going even when progress feels slow. But the reward? Inner confidence, a sense of pride, and the joyful realisation: “I did it.”
That’s what we’re here to help our students find.
