It’s Time to Make Music!
Unlock your (or your child’s) potential with guitar lessons at Music Makers Academy! From our MiniMuso program for little beginners through to ForeverMuso for adults, our age-specific pathways mean every student is supported in a way that matches their stage of life, goals, and personality.
With a balance of structure and creativity, students develop a wide range of skills: technique, musical understanding, creativity, and performance confidence. Along the way, they also connect with other students through concerts, group classes, and community events — building friendships as well as musicianship.
Whether you’re just starting out, preparing for exams, returning to music after a break, or simply exploring music for the joy of it, our programs grow with you. With caring tutors, clear pathways, and opportunities to shine, we help students of all ages discover music as a lifelong source of joy.

Nathaniel - Guitar tutor
Nathaniel has been playing guitar for 9 years. Although he originally learned classical, he also enjoys playing a variety of styles, with a particular interest in fingerstyle, and rock. Learning guitar sparked his love for music, and has taken him far into the realms of composition, arranging, and audio production. Nathaniel originally had been playing the ukulele and after seeing his dad play guitar so much, decided to pick it up in primary school, and not a day goes by he doesn’t regret that decision.

What students are saying
Nathaniel's been great for our 8 year old over the last year. He looks forward to his sessions and we've really enjoyed seeing him improve with his confidence. Thanks Nathaniel.
I would really like to give a review to my son's teacher Amado.
I know Amado has a hard times sometimes with Ben (he is 5 yo) but he is amazing and I like how he is empathetic and follows Benjamin and his moods so he doesn't loose the interest in music. He doesn't push him to do anything if he doesn't feel like doing it, but he is still teaching him how to play the guitar.
We really appreciate his patience and effort. Thank you!

Yes, it is crucial to have an instrument at home before having lessons. We strongly advise getting an acoustic, upright piano. Electric pianos do not respond to the touch in the same way that an acoustic instrument does.

We use the Supersonics method and app for our students. This is a comprehensive and scaffolded method, with songs that are contemporary in style, making it very accessible for students. Each song can be played along to an awesome backing track.
