As we step into Term 2, we’re thrilled to welcome new talent to the Music Makers Academy team! With their expertise, we’re also expanding our instrument offerings, giving students even more opportunities to explore their musical journey.

Jensen – Flute & Piccolo
Jensen is a dedicated flute and piccolo teacher currently studying a Bachelor of Music at the University of Western Australia. With a strong background in solo and ensemble performance, he brings both technical expertise and a passion for teaching to every lesson. His approach is tailored to each student, fostering creativity and confidence in their playing.
Availability:
Monday: 2:00 – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Saturday: 1:00 – 6:00pm
Trevor – Vocals
Trevor is a seasoned vocalist and educator with a career spanning five decades. He has worked with legendary artists such as Stevie Wonder, the George Benson Band, and the Tina Turner Band, and was even slated to provide backing vocals for John Farnham. Specializing in vocal mechanics, Trevor focuses on how the voice functions, allowing students to hone their technique while bringing personal expression into their performances. With 25 years of teaching experience, he offers a unique approach to harmony, structure, dynamics, and storytelling in music.

Monday: 2:00 – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 2:00 – 6:00pm
Friday: 1:00 – 5:00pm
Charlie – Piano & Violin
Charlie joins us as a piano and violin tutor, bringing a fresh and dynamic approach to teaching both instruments. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to refine your skills, Charlie’s lessons focus on building strong technical foundations while making learning fun and engaging.
Availability:
Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
