What kind of music (songs or exercises) do you enjoy playing on the guitar and why?
Spanish Romance is my favourite piece, because it is easy to play.
What made you start learning the guitar and what do you enjoy about playing it?
Mum wanted me to play the piano and Dad wanted me to play guitar. I decided to play guitar because it is easy to take anywhere. I enjoy it because it makes a nice sound.
What do you find are the easiest and hardest things about learning guitar?
The easiest thing about the guitar is playing the base parts of the pieces and the hardest is alternating between my index finger and middle finger with the melody of the song.
What is your favourite thing about guitar lessons?
I get to play the guitar and listen to how Amado plays my songs. He’s really good.
What are some goals or pieces that you are currently working on?
I’m working on dynamics, pauses and not making too many mistakes for my grade 1 exam in October.
What is your proudest moment or achievement as a guitarist?
Performing infront of people is really hard for me to do.
