With its heavenly sounds, the harp is an appealing instrument for children. Our PocoMuso program is designed to give young learners the chance to learn the harp, learn lots of useful musical skills, build confidence, make friends and have a lot of fun!
Our teachers are some of the friendliest, warmest and most patient people you will ever meet, who have a real knack at building rapport with kids.

Eliza Bourgault
Eliza started the harp at 12 years old after receiving a music scholarship at Churchlands Senior High School. She then studied music at UWA. Eliza worked as a freelance harpist, performing as a soloist and orchestral musician for many years before turning to tutoring full-time.

We can take students as young as 4 years old (but not any younger). However, acceptance into our program also relies on the child's and parents’ readiness, which is usually assessed by a tutor during your interview.

Payments are made online via direct debit on the 1st of each month for the duration of 12 months.

We do not allow students to take exams for the first 2 years of music lessons. After 2 years, students may consider exams (we are most familiar with AMEB and ABRSM).

Yes, it is crucial to have an instrument at home before starting lessons. We recommend purchasing or hiring a 36-string fully levered harp.

If you are unable to attend a lesson, your tutor will film a video lesson for you, which you will receive within 48hrs.
We require a 30 day notice for cancellation of enrolment to take effect.
