It’s time to make music!
Does your child want to play the piano?
We have the perfect program for them! Wanna know why?
With our PocoMuso program, you get the best of both worlds: private lessons so that your child receives instruction tailored to their needs and pace; group activities for your child to make friends, learn new skills and get creative; concerts for your child to develop confidence on stage; and fun family events throughout the year to make lasting memories!
But that’s not all …
Our teachers are some of the friendliest, warmest and most patient people you will ever meet, who have a real knack at building rapport with kids.
The curriculum we use is specifically designed for this age-group with very short, gratifying and catchy pieces, as well as stories and fun exercises that teach healthy technique at the piano.
We use a lot of games during our lessons so that learning feels like play!

Eliza Bourgault
Eliza started the piano at 4 yo, and although she didn't like it at first, now she couldn't imagine her life without a piano! Eliza attended Churchlands Senior High School where she was in the music program on a scholarship. She then studied music at UWA. Eliza worked as a freelance piano accompanist and pianist before turning to teaching piano full-time.

FAQs
-
We can take students as young as 4 years old (but not any younger). However, acceptance into our program also relies on the child's and parents’ readiness, which is usually assessed by a tutor during your interview.
-
Payments are made online via direct debit on the 1st of each month for the duration of 12 months.
-
We do not allow students to take exams for the first 2 years of their training. This is so that we can focus on a more holistic approach to music education and make sure that exams are not the entire purpose behind music lessons.
-
Yes, it is crucial to have an instrument at home before having lessons. We strongly advise getting an acoustic, upright piano. Electric pianos do not respond to the touch in the same way that an acoustic instrument does.
-
If you are unable to attend a lesson, your tutor will film a video lesson for you, which you will receive within 48hrs.
We require a 30 day notice for cancellation of enrolment to take effect.

We use the books Tales of a Musical Journey. This is a book series designed specifically for young learners. It provides foundational exercises on which to build healthy piano technique, and takes a very scaffolded approach to teaching students how to read music. The use of stories and colourful images makes the learning process interactive and exciting for children.
